Includes access to community features
Important:
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Course, not your lifetime.
If the Course is discontinued, access may be terminated.

We reserve the right to: update, modify, or remove content

add or remove features or materials

change pricing at any time
introduce new offers, tiers, or promotions
(b) We may, at our sole discretion:
sunset, discontinue, or replace the Course
remove access to the Course or its components
(c) Subscription users retain their pricing while actively subscribed.
a) Access to any private community (including WhatsApp or similar platforms) requires respectful and appropriate conduct.

remove you from the community;
suspend or terminate your Course access;
for any reason including:
inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful behaviour;
breach of these Terms;
or at our sole discretion if we determine we no longer wish to work with you.
(c) No refunds will be provided if access is terminated under this clause.

To the fullest extent permitted under Utah law:
(a) We are not liable for:
indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
loss of income, business, or opportunity
(b) Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caramia Creative LLC and Jai Long Co from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
your use of the Course
your breach of these Terms
your misuse of content or materials
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utah.
